How do you vet your cleaners?
We carry out face to face interviews with every cleaner. We request 2 references from previous employers, along with proof of ID, address and validation checks of rights to work in the UK.
What if my cleaner can’t make it, or is sick?
We will always try and provide you with a replacement cleaner or team of cleaners to cover, but if we cannot arrange a clean the same day our office will arrange another day with you at the earliest opportunity.
Will I have to be at home when my cleaner cleans?
No, our cleaners are security checked and we are happy to hold your house keys and provide the cleaner with the keys on the day of your clean.
Do I have to supply cleaning materials?
No, our cleaners bring the cleaning materials and equipment with them to complete your clean. The only thing our cleaners use is your own mop and hoover to avoid allergy reactions between clients, however if you don’t have a mop or hoover we can by arrangement use our commercial grade equipment. You can also buy our commercial grade cleaning solutions for your own use here
Can I change my cleaner if I am not happy?
Yes, of course, we have many approved cleaners, just let your account manager know.
Do you have insurance cover?
Yes, including £1,000,000 public liability insurance – see certificates here
Can I cancel my clean if it’s not convenient?
Yes, of course, and there is no charge as long as you give us 48-hours notice. Cancellations after this period will be subject to full amount being charged.
